My Background
At El Jefes Coaching, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and thrive in every area of life. I bring a unique blend of life experience, education, and resilience-building expertise to my coaching practice.
Having overcome significant adversities in my own life, I understand the power of resilience and perseverance. I completed my Master of Divinity from Liberty Universty, a rigorous 4-year program, in just 20 months with a 3.9 GPA, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and the ability to push through obstacles. My journey has also included overcoming personal challenges, such as navigating the complexities of relationships and finding strength through faith and growth.
In addition to my life coaching practice, I serve as a Character Coach for the Boise State Men's Basketball program, where I support coaches and athletes in developing mental toughness and character both on and off the court. As a chaplain, I also work with military members and their families, teaching them how to build resilience and thrive in the face of the unique challenges they encounter.
